I have three H32B Pro relay boards + one H32B. As I need to have some larger inductive loads (motors for large covers) and LEDs with a high in-rush current, some of the relays already failed and I will need to replace them + add an extra KC868-E16 boards or two. This takes up a lot of space and becomes expensive.

You should consider having in the product range a new board with a controller + larger relays like the ones from KC868-E16. The competition does this, for instance Dovit only has relay modules with Finder 40 series relays.

I know this BB is monitored or run by the company, or at least this pasrt of the BB.  If I get banned its no loss.  I feel ripped off.

My unit doesnt boot from USB C no matter where jumper is....

My relays are not putting out any power....

There is not any good information on the specs...not even a power supply or max or min amps.

I had to chase to get the RF module I bought and paid for and I still dont know if its coming and if it comes with a remote.

There are no manuals...

Confusion for me at least between GPIO and iC2  , relays and modbus.  It seems if you are that tech savvy you'd build your own for much less money.

And a reply I see often is to DL the awful Whatsapp, which I will never do, its not a safe app.


I am about 100 hours into this and asked for a refund and return to company about 5 times.


I have no choice but to consider this as a massive rip off for me and to post an awful review on youtube and X to hopefully warn others about their risk here.  It seems like a promising product and the company seemed very good at pre sale but after receiving product and post sale support I have regrets.

I have everything set up in my vehicle ( the server16 is going to run my RV,  12V system only ).  Everything configured in Home Assistant, switches working on corresponding LEDs working as expected....but no output at the wire block terminal.  What am I missing?

I have all switches ON but no power, I tred with all OFF in case of invert logic, still nothing.  Video attached just showing probe shows no power.

I am up and working with MCP23017 Digital I/O expander.  Do I need the GPIO raspberry Pi custom integration too?  Can someone please explain the what each of these integrations do or why or why not they might be used.

I changed the jumper to boot from USB C port on CM4 Raspberry Pi and its not booting, no pwer at all in either position.  Please advise what else needs to be checked.

I received a KC868-A6 few days ago. I have been able to read and write both PCF8574 but I’m having issues with the DS1307. I tried to load a I2C scanner and both PCF8574 are seeing (0x22H, 0x24H) but the DS1307 doesn’t.
 
I have tried to check with my logic analyzer that the I2C signal is arriving to the DS1307 trough the MOSFET transistors and signal is Ok but there is no answer while scanning the I2C bus nor trying to read it.
 
Any ideas what could be happening?

I know for sure that my load will be below 7 AMPS per channel. Same happens for a H32B-Pro that I have.

Do I need anyway KC868-E16v2 ? 
It would be better not to use internal 7 amp relays of the Server 16 / H32B-Pro?

Please elaborate so I can size my distribution box properly.

Actually, I am developing a proyect about a frige room, and I want to program the ESP32 with my own code using the Kincony 868 A6 to get all the abilities the Kinciny has. I had adquired th Kincony 868 A6 but I have a lot of  issues to get the next step to program whit an IDE like arduino or Visual Studio Code.

I hope your help be a light to achieve this goal.. Thanks.

I have just set up Kincony server16 and have it up and running and all entities exposed with Home Assistant.  I have spent lots of time customising with new entities names and arrangement that makes sense for my use but every time I reboot  the work is lost and I have default names of output_1, output_2, etc. etc.... and I have no way to know which switch is required.  Why are my custom names not being saved?  This unit is really no use to me if it defaults every time and wastes my time and is dangerous to use without proper switch labels.
