Posted by: admin - 03-26-2021, 02:23 AM - Forum: News - No Replies

MulitiBoardCtrl tool is windows software for PC and tablet. it support use KC868 all relay controller model and all KC868-COL/COLB logical controller.

1. one software window support MAX 254 device (relay board+COL/COLB board).
if you add 254 units of KC868-H32B, then you can control total 254*32=8128 channels relay output.

2. we have add the log function, every relay state changed by ON/OFF, will save the data the time to log file.

Power outlet released with switch panel color style
Posted by: admin - 03-19-2021, 05:47 AM - Forum: News - Replies (2)

The power outlet products, with the same style as switch panel products, are used together with switch. You can DIY smart home automation by different color style as you like.

My watering project with KC868 H16B
Posted by: Max - 03-17-2021, 11:03 AM - Forum: KC868-HxB series Smart Controller - Replies (6)

Hello. I am new to the forum, I have just installed a KC868 H16B controller, I managed to control it remotely with a 4G router, it works fine.
Now I want to install it on a remote site powered by solar panels, to manage my watering system.
I have several questions: how to create timers for each output? How to activate inputs from a contact, I would like to activate an input from a dry contact, and this input will activate an output. Is this possible?
I have ordered a HC868-COL B, I will set it up and associate it with the H16B. If you can help me please.

Question How to program switch 1 to change relay 1 state - KC868-H8
Posted by: martlima - 03-09-2021, 07:47 PM - Forum: KC868-HxB series Smart Controller - Replies (13)

Is it possible to configure this module so that every time a pulse occurs on switch 1, the status of relay 1 is changed?
Like this video https://youtu.be/HlxVVIB2yXk

I need this to happen on the device independent of network connectivity, so each device can be a standalone unit.

I will use Home-Assistant with Node-Red. However, if I depend on Node-Red for this, i have the risk of not being able to light a lamp locally if my HA is unavailable.

Thank You

Marcio

Are there any adapter plates that will allow these switches to be mounted in a standard 4X4 American wall box?

How to connect button switch module
Posted by: Adrian - 03-02-2021, 09:38 PM - Forum: KC868-HxB series Smart Controller - Replies (1)

How to connect wired switch panel with touch sensor (e.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32761180385.html) to button switch module for KC868-Hx relay (https://www.kincony.com/button-switch-mo...oller.html).

These types of switches are fashionable and look better than the standard ones ...
Maybe there is one that was powered by DC12V and worked with Kincony button switch module?

ESP8266 source code for Amazon alexa and google home speaker
Posted by: admin - 02-26-2021, 03:06 AM - Forum: News - Replies (2)

firstly thanks to vmarandola , he have writen the arduino code for KinCony's voice module (based on ESP8266 wifi module).
here is his github link for source code: https://github.com/vmarandola/KinconyAlexaGoogle
[Image: github.png]
if you have voice module, you can DIY by this code, it support by Google home and Alexa speaker for voice control. Also have scene mode and timer function.
When updated this firmware, not need to use USB-RS232 cable to set google home or alexa settings. just set by webpage, because  ESP8266 will work as "AP" hotspot mode.

here is some photos, if you have any questions, you can leave message on our forum or vmarandola's github.

  rough plan, please comment
Posted by: flatulentflamingo - 02-25-2021, 02:04 PM - Forum: KC868-HxB series Smart Controller - Replies (2)

Hello,

I made this rough plan. Please comment. Two questions in particular:

1) Does the KC868-COL allow both RS232 interfaces to be used in the way as described in the picture? I want to be able to do local IFTTT to all connected devices...
2) Do my IR panels require contactors to put them behind the KC868-H32L relay? I see the relays are rated for 10A, and the IR panels consume 900W at 230V, so less than 4A, but there are probably more things than amperage to consider?

Kind regards,

ff
