We improved ethernet wifi relay module — KC868-H8B for smart home automation DIY.
1: Both have ethernet port and WiFi port.
2: Ethernet and WiFi work at the same time,you can use LAN application and WAN app at the same time, if internet broken , you can also use LAN application to control relay.
3: Ethernet and WiFi module wokr mode control by setting buttons and have LEDs for show work status.
4: Add “COM”, “NO”, “NC” 3 ports for every relay output.

   

(Smart Power Distribution Box with inverter) For Fans:

1. Control fans for: 
  --A. Turn ON/OFF power
  --B. Change fans’ speed (hight,mid,low)
2. Control fans by mobile phone,PC.
3. Supply two verison of software:
  --A. need internet for remote control
  --B. without internet for local control
4. Temperature and humidity automatic control fans:
  --A. E.g. Temperautre >35℃ Then fan speed=high
  --B. E.g. Temperautre <25℃ Then fan speed=low
  --C. E.g. humidity >85% Then fan speed=high
  --D. E.g. humidity <70% Then fan speed=mid
  All trigger conditions and fan control mode can be set by PC software. Automatic running locally without internet.
5. Inverter+Thermal Relay+ACB (air circuit breaker) connect to Fan Motor, So that any fan failure, inverter will shutdown for protection.

I followed everything from the pdf file and I am unable to corretcly connect the device and to run it with the software.

Even if I connect directly on USB on my pc, it doesn't detect it!

How do i change the icon layout on NodeRed Dashboard. Please find screen shot. 
If i want to move the 1st LED beside the 1st Switch and move the 2nd LED beside the 2nd switch how do i do it?

1. Add support KC868-D8 dimmer controller. Now you can use for LED strip or lamp change brightness and control motor or fan speed.
2. Improve the control speed of relay controller.

KC868-COL locks up and does not respond in the morning or if left for a long period.  I get the following messages:
"Kincony smart controller V.10.303.build 805 (not responding)
JKE_Test not responding (in Task Manager)
If I end the program in task manager and re-load it works fine until next morning and then same problem
Computer Sleep is set to "never"
Any recommendations?

Dear Sir.

What would your recommendation be if I want to run 7 of the KC868-H32W relay board's?
Can the NodeRed handle all 7 Boards reading all the 224 relays ? 

I have tried the Demo VB application but that only allows to open 1 application for 1 KC868-H32W relay board's and monitor 32 relays as such i can only monitor 1 KC868-H32W relay board at a time.

If i want to have one screen layout for all 7 KC868-H32W relay showing me at one time what application do you recommend?

I managed to use the IFTTT on the KC868-COL logical controller. 
A very simple test where if the Temperature shows above 33degC Relay 1 turns on at the KC868-H32 relay board's. Both KC868-H32 relay board's and  KC868-COL logical controller are connected via a RS232 cable.

How do show the status of Relay 1 on the KC868-H32 relay board's using a LED on the NodeRed to indicate it's turned "ON"? i don't want to use a Digital in as its a waste of resource. Just a LED on NodeRED reading from the "Function" Node where when its "ON" Led lights up on the NodeRed Screen and when "OFF", LED turns off.

Do the relays support inching switching? I need the relay to turn on for 1 second and then automatically turn off.

Answer: Controller's inching switching function support by software. You can create scene mode in our "KinCony smart home" phone app. Also we have "KBOX" local network version app, that can set button for "CLICK" or "TOUCH" mode, that works without internet.
