Hello. I have a situation with one from the 2 COLB logical controllers. I would really appreciate if you could help me. After powering it on the RUN and the PWR leds are OFF. It is connected to LAN but the device scanner is not finding it. All the ethernet and wifi mode leds are off. The product is brand new. Never used. What could be the problem? Thank you.

Hello all.

I don't know if this is the right place for complaints. If this is not appropriate, then please tell me the right way.

I bought the 868-A6 set on Ali-Express. It has all arrived. Unfortunately it came with a 433MHz Lora module, which I can't make sense of in Europe. I have already replaced that myself with an 868 module.
In addition, I noticed that of the 6 LEDs that indicate the status of the relays, one is missing and two were soldered on incorrectly. So a maximum of three of these LEDs are lit.

How can we solve the problem?

Here is download tool, you can connect with USB-RS485 adapter, work with 38400 Baud rate.
   
first, let your USB-RS485 adapter connect to KC868-HA by RS485 "A" and "B"


step1- change Baud rate to 38400
step2- "Open Port"
step3- power on of your KC868-HA, then RED LED on board will blink, must during blink time, press the button "bootloader Detect", pc software will detect the board.
step4- Open File, chose your BIN file. Note: you downloaded is ZIP file, you need to unzip, then will find the BIN file.
step5- Press "Download" button, begin download
step6- Click "Run" or re-power on of your KC868-HA will begin work.

KC868-HA can be used with KC868-A8S module?
What is the type of communication over RS485.
Do you have some sample Arduino IDE code to use the KC868-HA button module.

My Next Question.
How the digital inputs on the KC868-HA button module are used in cooperation with the KC868-H32B Pro, how they are displayed in Homekit with the firmware downloaded from the kincony website.
Can I use one module of buttons with relay and one module as Digital input example motion detect?

Hello,

is it possible to somehow speed up sending statuses via MQTT to Home Assistant? I have the Tasmota firmware installed on the Kincony KC868-A8-v1.5, and if I switch on a relay via the web interface, the change of state is written to me immediately. The problem is with Digital inputs, which are sent in up to 4 minutes. The Tasmota firmware is yours modified in version 10.0.0.3
